A multi-disciplinary study, this non-fiction Christian book, provides each reader with a better understanding of how the Armor of God relates to their own personal character development.
How the author was inspired to write the book is recounted in the epilogue, chapter 12.
All concepts are supported with scriptural notations, while a brief and very readable description of character development is drawn from current philosophies in clinical psychology.
